In a recent statement on X (formerly known as Twitter), crypto influencer Layah Heilpern criticized Gary Gensler, the head of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), for his stance on crypto regulation.

Heilpern further argued that Gensler lacked understanding of the crypto space and how it worked.
