Crypto users on the Gemini exchange are experiencing unusual price fluctuations for Ripple’s XRP token. The price hits $50 as users suspect it to be relisting ‘price glitch’.
Shortly after relisting the token for deposits and trading, users have reported seeing erratic prices, leading to suspicions of a “price glitch.” Screenshots shared on X (Twitter) show XRP’s displayed price exceeding $1 and even spiking to $50 at one point.
However, the current market price for XRP, according to CoinGecko, is $0.63. In the meantime, Gemini has placed its platform under full site maintenance as of Aug. 11, 1:25 am UTC.
