Following online allegations of a security breach, Strike, a Bitcoin payments platform, has denied any evidence of a breach.

The claims emerged online suggesting a potential security breach in Strike’s system. In response to these allegations, Strike’s security team has been investigating diligently, with no evidence of a breach found thus far.

Before Strike’s official response, online investigator ZachXBT drew attention to allegations on his Telegram channel. Users claimed to have received suspicious emails, prompting questions about Strike’s customer email security.

Strike, founded in 2020 by Jack Mallers, is a payment platform built on Bitcoin’s Lightning Network. The app, which allows users to send and receive bitcoin instantly, was launched in several countries in May, expanding from its initial operations in the U.S., Argentina, and El Salvador.
